LET'S SADDLE UP!

Welcome to the unofficial start of our Southern Delaware Therapeutic Riding (SDTR) 2022 Do More 24 Delaware fundraiser.

We’re proud to again be part of this important and unique funding campaign with United Way – an exciting 24-hour online campaign that opens 6pm March 3 and closes 6pm March 4.

The goal is to create a purpose-driven opportunity to engage donors in immediate and critical funding needs.

This year as we come back to the new normal of post-pandemic service, it’s all about health and environmental benefits in 2022. So, we would like to focus on the inside riding arena cross-ventilation for our riders, and on our horse care.

SDTR is committed to improving the ventilation in the indoor arena by installing exhaust fans, and windows that will increase both sunlight and cross-ventilation. Also, we are in need of horse feed and hay to keep our herd healthy and strong. To donate or learn more about this year's needs, visit the SDTR homepage on DM24DE.

SO, WHAT’S AHEAD?

We'll be launching our new SDTR “Tails of Greatness Profiles” where we interview both the Riders and the Horses to learn what they really think of each other for a special look at how SDTR makes a difference for those we serve.

We’ll also be sharing more about our unique 2022 funding needs along with snapshots of our Herd and inside arena in the next few weeks. You can learn more about us at our website and our Facebook page.

Interested in helping us serve Southern Delaware communities? Share our stories, like our upcoming Tails of Greatness, with your social media friends and followers.

And we want to recognize all those who helped make 2021 DM24DE a success for SDTR. Your help last year made a difference in a very difficult year. Thank you.

STAY TUNED!
